Clear terms for rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds on paid services.
Consultation cancellations
Consultations cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the confirmed slot are eligible for a full refund or a free reschedule. Requests made within 24 hours of the slot may be offered a reschedule at the practice's discretion, subject to availability on the booking calendar.
Puja and ritual services
Once preparation for a puja or ritual service has begun, cancellations are not eligible for a refund, as materials and time are committed in advance. Cancellations made before preparation begins are eligible for a full refund.
Products
Gemstones, Rudraksh, bracelets, and yantras are energised and prepared on order and are non-refundable once dispatched, except in cases of damage or a genuine order error, which should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
How refunds are processed
Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay. Processing typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. You'll receive a confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
