Information we receive
When you contact us, we may receive your name, contact details, birth details, and the questions you choose to share for a consultation. We use this information only to respond, prepare your reading, and provide requested services.
How we use it
We do not sell personal information. Consultation details are kept confidential and are shared only when required to provide a service or comply with law. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting the practice.
Payments
Paid consultations, pujas, and products are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers — Razorpay handles and secures that information directly. We retain only transaction references (amount, status, order ID) needed for booking confirmation, invoicing, and refund handling. Booking & calendar
Consultation scheduling is managed through Google Calendar and Google Sheets, hosted on our Google Cloud project. Your name, contact details, and appointment time may be recorded there solely to schedule, confirm, and follow up on your booking. Access is restricted to the practice; Google processes this data under its own privacy and security policies.
Instagram content
This website may display public reels from the practice Instagram account. Instagram and Meta may process activity according to their own privacy policies.
